Andy Burnham

Mr. Burnham is an Original Founder and serves as President and CEO of White Oak. Mr. Burnham is responsible for the overall business plan, investor relations, development execution and supervision of all the company’s activities. Mr. Burnham has more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily investment and development sector and has been involved in the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of more than 25,000 housing units in Florida. Prior to the formation of White Oak, Mr. Burnham worked on numerous private real estate investments and developments in Southeast Florida, and until 2001 held various asset management and development

Mike Lopez

Director of Accounting

Mike Lopez

Mr. Lopez is the Director of Accounting for White Oak and is responsible for the accounting functions for the construction company and parent/ownership entities. He has over 20 years of experience of developmental accounting ranging from Hotel, Land Development, and Single/Multi Family Homes. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business and Management from Florida International University. Mr. Lopez enjoys spending time with his wife – Andrea, and volunteering at a local animal shelter.

Rene Ojeda

Vice President of Construction

Rene Ojeda

Mr. Ojeda is Vice President of Construction of White Oak Construction and is responsible for the construction of new developments. Prior to joining White Oak, he held a similar position in Construction Management at Florida Lemark Corporation. He has over 15 years of experience in Vertical Construction and Restoration and has specialized in Multi-Family Construction over the past 8 years overseeing construction and turnover of over 1,000 units in the South Florida Area. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida. Mr. Ojeda enjoys spending time with his family – wife Michelle, daughter’s Samantha, Victoria, and Emily, and son Rene Jr. His other passions are boating, hunting, and traveling with his family.

Fabio Rodriguez

Vice President of Development

Fabio Rodriguez

Mr. Rodriguez is Vice President of Development of White Oak and is responsible for the development, coordination, execution, and supervision of new developments. Prior to joining White Oak, he held similar positions in Florida with Gables Residential, Greystar, and Altman Companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rodriguez worked for several Development Companies and Consulting Engineering firms in the Northeast. He has over 20 years of experience in mixed-use, retail, commercial, multifamily development, and government construction. John Beckley

Superintendent

John Beckley

John is originally from New Jersey and came down to South Florida in the early 90s. John has a background in Union Plumbing and Pipe Fitters during the mid to late 80's. He joined the South Florida Multi-Family Market in 1993 and developed single family residences and multi-family communities. Outside of work John enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Victor Cabrera

Superintendent

Victor Cabrera

Victor was born in Peru and came to the US in 1984. He joined the South Florida Construction Market in 1993 starting in drywall and framing moving up to field superintendent. He began work as a field superintendent in custom homes and multifamily projects in 2010. He has been with White Oak since 2021. Outside of work, Victor enjoys spending time with his family.

Lourdes Diez

Project Administrator

Lourdes Diez

Lourdes is originally from Cuba and came to the U.S. at 8 years old. She has multiple degrees in Behavioral Analysis and Psychology and graduated from FIU in 2019. In 2021 she joined the Construction Industry and currently holds a Construction Administration title for the projects. She enjoys the fast-paced, hands-on nature of the industry and looks forward to developing more communities with White Oak. Outside of work, Lourdes enjoys reading, watching movies, weight lifting and traveling with friends.

Danis Herrera

Assistant Superintendent

Danis Herrera

Danis has worked in the Construction Industry since 2022 starting in General Carpentry and has moved into an Assistant Superintendent. He enjoys the collaborative nature of Construction and the fact that there is always something new to learn.

Ted Murck

Superintendent

Ted Murck

Ted has grown up all over the country and joined the Construction Industry right out of High School. He became a permanent South Florida Resident in the early 90s working in the yachting industry. He switched back to Construction in 2003 building single family residences, multi-family communities and land development. He has been a part of the White Oak Family since 2011. Outside of work, Ted enjoys boating and traveling with his wife, Melissa, and children, Dylan, Zac, Kai and numerous dogs.

Zach Rubin

Development Analyst

Zach Rubin

Zachary Rubin is a real estate and finance professional specializing in investment analysis and asset management. He focuses on underwriting future investments, conducting market research, and feasibility analyses. Prior to his current role, Zachary worked at Tishman Speyer in New York City. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.

Juan P. San Martin

Development Associate

Juan P. San Martin

Juan P. ("JP") San Martin is a Development Associate at White Oak Development, where he brings a multidisciplinary approach shaped by his background in architecture, real estate, and construction. Prior to joining White Oak, JP worked as a Project Manager with CBRE’s PJM team in South Florida, leading a range of projects across hospitality, office, and healthcare sectors from initial design through successful delivery. JP earned his Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Real Estate from Harvard University

Jake Toale

Project Engineer

Jake Toale

Jake was born and raised in Coral Springs, FL. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He graduated in 2021 and entered the multi-family market immediately thereafter. Jake enjoys playing Hockey and Golf and spending time with family and dog "Hank."

Peter Zilin

General Superintendent

Peter Zilin

Peter is originally from Lithuania and came to the US in 2000. He spent 20 years in New York studying and working in the Construction Industry in ground-up. He came to Florida in 2021 and continued to work in the multi-family market. Outside of work Peter enjoys watching tennis and teaching it to his three sons.
